the change, the journey and the goal
day third - the last day.
the training today is more about re-capping of what we have learned from day one, and concentrate more on transformation or in other word; change..
(1) we need to change in order to adapt new changes around us.. otherwise, we will going to be left behind.. we also need to change in order to achieve our goals.. however, changing is not something easy to do.. yes, to change is difficult, sometimes painful, but it is needed in life..
thus, we need to identify the goal and make sure we see the benefits clearly.. this will help to increase the determination in ourselves.. plus, we should also talk about the change more frequent.. find someone who are close to us, which can support us to change.. the more we get the support, the more comfortable and confident we will be about the change..
change is about one's mental transformation.. important elements in our lives such as family, friends, education, religion and so on can be our mental transformation tools.. we need to figure out how these elements can help us towards mental transformation..
changes are about choices, priorities and action plans.. after setting the goal, list down our strengths and weaknesses, and think how we can use the strengths to achieve the goal.. and also, how we need to change to overcome the weakness, so that the weakness will not be a barrier for us to achieve the goal..
remember, sustaining a change is more crucial than the importance of embracing it.. and please bare in mind, we have laws and rules.. so don't do something illegal or break the rules in the process of changing, ok? ^___^
(2) it is ok to feel jealous, angry, grudge, in love with the wrong people etc to another person (both close and not close people).. what important is how we control our emotion, whether we want to make it bigger or otherwise..
(3) we cannot tell others who they should or should not be, because they have feelings.. they all have different self esteem with one another.. what we actually should do is to help them identify whether they have the quality to do/become it or not..
(4) our brain triggers our mind to bring out our potentials.. this is where the subconscious mind play the role.. we should use it so that our mind will believe it.. when our mind believe it, it will become reality.. like i wrote in the previous entry, point #3..
i am not a genius, thus i always admired people who are genius like dr reid in criminal minds.. yeah i know he's not real, he's just a character.. but still, i admire him soo much.. thus from now on, i will tell myself "I AM A GENIUS" everyday.. hopefully one day it will become a reality.. ameen..
(5) how we see life is depend on our attitude.. if we decide to see the world is mean and unfair to us, then we will find the world is nothing but a bad place to live.. however, if we decide to see the world is beautiful, then we will find the beauty of the world in every aspect.. so let's live a positive attitude, shall we? ^___-
(6) being fanatic about something is fine since it is human nature.. if there is no such people, we will lose many precious things about the world.. let say, if there is no one is fanatic about environment, imagine how many flora and fauna is extinct now.. so, don't ever condemn these kind of people ok? btw, we also have something that we are fanatic about right?
(7) everyone's definition of success is different.. getting a promotion at work might be a success to us but not to others.. thus, we must identify what we want to achieve in life and set the goal.. if we achieve the goal, we are success, but ONLY in our own definition.. so, stop comparing our success with others'..
in the nutshell, the training has really help me to really think about taking the first step to change.. i cannot be someone who always hesitate to start anymore.. afraid of something that is not even happen yet.. a lot of things to do, a lot of things to think.. but one thing i know for sure, by doing all these, i will enjoy my life and live life to the fullest! remember, what matter the most is the journey towards the goal.. b(^__^)d
~will be out of town for a while soon.. but everything is still unpack!! *fainted*

menulis review blog Carl Samsudin (ajenye gila okeh!)
aku kenal mamat ni first masa pergi konsert Hujan tahun lepas, kat dataran MAEPS.. masa tu aku dan dua orang kawan aku tengah duduk lepak sambil makan2 borak2 sementara tunggu konsert nak start.. kebetulan tak jauh dari kitorang ada la sekumpulan guys duduk lepak juga.. tiba2 datang la mamat ni minta izin tangkap gambar guys tu.. dia mintak diorang pegang logo JOHO sekali..
~haa budak2 ni la.. aku pulak lepak kat area kanan sikit dari diorang ni (direction ikut pandangan viewer of the picture) (source: here)~
~macam ni la rupa paras logo tu (source: here)~
here are his entries about the concert:
jealous okeh dapat tau dia lepak sekali dengan geng Hujan since days before of the concert.. demmit!
dapat tau kewujudan mamat ni lepas tengok gambar2 konsert kat fb Hujan kalau tak silap aku.. dia ada post something kot pastu usha punya usha jumpa la blog dia.. since then follow je la sebab his photos are awesome!
aku takde buat review pasal konsert tu kat sini sebab (1) aku memang tak bawa kamera pergi konsert (2) phone aku mati so tak sempat nak tangkap gambar apa2 pun masa konsert tu T____T.
aku memang terniat nak minta dia ni tolong review photo collection aku.. sekali terbaca la pulak entry ni.. so here goes nothing, trying my best *crossing fingers*
- rupa paras blog:
- aku read blog2 yang aku follow melalui Google Reader so aku rasa cam tak fair la pulak nak komen pasal ni kan.. siyes tak perasan pun bila blog dia bertukar wajah.. bahaha.. ok next!
- entries:
- generally dia tulis info yang dia nak share dengan readers.. aku rasa dia ni mengamalkan sikap sharing is caring kot.. hehe.. dia rajin share info pasal macam mana nak generate duit melalui blog (contoh), atau something yang dia cuba nak buat readers berfikir secara kreatif dan kritis (contoh), atau something yang kontroversi (contoh).. mungkin ada sesiapa antara korang yang akan rasa offended baca such entries so i advise you to clear up and open your mind before reading them ^__- .. lain2 entries kebanyakannya dia tulis tentang apa2 je yang dia suka seperti entertainment dan football..
- photos:
- this is his interest and he's good at it! dia ada buat projek Gadis dan projek Bloggers.. sangat inspirational sebab i too want to do the same! yang beza adalah projek aku ni akan cooperate dengan member aku yang gila mekap ni.. so kitorang nak cari model untuk kitorang punya bahan eksperimen bahahahhaha (gelak saintis jahat).. harap boleh belajar dari ko ye carl! (^__^)V

how to be happy?
day two:
we always wonder how to be happy in life.. err if not you, then yes, at least i do.. i always wonder what is happiness? how to be happy? am i happy?
(1) set the goal
the trainer explained, one way to be happy is, to set a goal (or goals) in your life (no matter what it relates to) and head towards the direction.. this will make us happy.. it will also make us a positive person.. to achieve the goal or not, is another story.. what matter the most is the journey..
in order to set the goal, we have to think deeply.. ask ourselves what do we actually want in this world.. wait! do not answer immediately.. take time to figure out the answer.. we should always take time for ourselves to stay in focus.. sit down, reflect and think (muhasabah diri).. the best gift for us is to give time to ourselves..
(2) be responsible on our actions
we are in control of our current action.. but we will never be in control of our previous action.. thus, whatever action/choices we take in our lives, we must feel comfortable with it.. if our current action/choices have been influenced/forced by others and we are not comfortable with it, we cannot be happy..
(3) we are who we think we are
everything about us is in our mind.. if we think as who we are, our actions/behaviour will act that way.. so we need to change the way we think about ourselves.. stop thinking the negatives and start thinking the positives.. let say, if we always think we are ugly, start thinking we are beautiful.. think we are beautiful everyday until we believe it.. when we believe we are beautiful, we will see the difference.. see how amazing your face glows..
(4) love ourselves first before we love others
in order to love ourselves, we need to know ourselves first.. do not concentrate just on the weakness.. think and figure out our strength as well.. because if we cannot identify our strengths and weaknesses, we cannot figure out how to achieve our goal(s)..
we must also need to constantly find the new discovery about ourselves.. we can get help from people who are close to us and ask them to give their feedbacks..
i guess those are all, the summary of the training today.. i hope you find this beneficial.. to understand more, of course you need to attend such training/seminar or read books and do some researches.. but i hope this will at least help you to guide your way to the happiness you seek..
till we meet again.

please take note: perception is reality!
i am attending a training starting today until the next two days..
i learned about first impression today.. the trainer said, perception is reality.. when i heard it for the first time, i felt such a burden on my shoulder..
kita selalu fikir, GTH with what other people think about us.. they don't know who we really are! don't judge a book by its cover bla bla bla.. sebenarnya salah untuk fikir macam tu.. atas alasan orang lain tak kenal kita la maka kita sepatutnya menjadikan first impression orang lain terhadap kita adalah positif.. supaya orang lain tak salah anggap terhadap kita.. kan?
dulu masa aku praktikal kat satu company ni, i remember my supervisor told me.. we should dress up like who we want to be.. contohnya, kalau bercita2 nak jadi boss, kena la dress up macam boss.. takde la tiru sebiji2 macam bos tu.. nanti bos ingat korang saiko lak kan.. meaning, dress up la in a proper office attire.. when you dress up properly, people at least feel confident and easy to work with you.. and don't forget to put a smile on your face ^___-
itu kalau bab kerja..
berapa banyak kali kita pernah encounter dengan situasi di mana bila kita masuk butik pakaian yang mahal2, promoter tu buat tak layan je.. sebabnya kita punya appearance telah mencetuskan perception yang salah kepada promoter tu.. ye betul, customers are customers.. promoter sepatutnya melayan pelanggan.. tapi tahu tak, they also have to identify between serious buyers, potential buyers and window-shopper? kalau kita pergi shopping mall sekadar nak window-shopping then takpe, tak payah susah2 fikir pasal first impression ni.. tapi kalau berniat untuk shopping, then think about it.. bukan apa, senang.. kita masuk je promoter dah sambut.. tunjuk2 je nak yang mana, promoter dah menggagau cari barang.. kalau boleh nak tolong sarungkan ke badan kita sekali agaknya.. tinggal tak boleh je kot kan.. hehe..
tapi tak tau la kalau korang tak suka promoter layan korang kan.. aku suka.. terasa macam orang kaya yang shopaholic.. hohohohoo.. :-D
i also remember my lecturer told me a story about her and her husband went to a bank to ask for loan.. they are simple people with big income.. she said they were wearing simple attire with sandals.. by the first look, people will think them as some normal middle class couple.. lepas tu sibuk la dok kutuk2 bank officer tu kata tak mau layan diorang sebab ingat diorang ni orang yang biasa2 je.. officer tu layan diorang betul2 only after they showed their pay slips..
well, dulu of course la aku akan sokong lecturer aku and kutuk2 bank officer tu sebab judge people simply by the looks.. tapi bila fikir2 balik, officer tu tak salah pun.. siapa suruh lecturer aku laki bini tu pakai sempoi sangat kan.. it's not that troublesome to dress up a little just to get the right perception from other people right? kaya kot, takkan la nak beli baju pun berkira? :-\
aku ingat lagi masa mula2 masuk U, masa faculty induction held by the seniors.. diorang cukup marah kalau juniors pakai pants.. wajib pakai jeans.. no high heels, no blouses for the girls.. tak engineer kot pakai sopan2 ayu2 smart2.. adoi, rosak pemikiran adik2 yang masih mentah.. termasuk la aku kot.. dah la aku dulu memang gaya tomboi selekeh2 kan.. sabo je la..
sama juga aplikasinya terhadap etika berpakaian.. the trainer gave a simple example, when we see a bunch of girls wearing sexy dresses with short skirts sedang berborak2 di tepi jalan.. dapat pulak tepi jalan tu area night clubs, pubs segala.. kita terus assume those girls are some prostitutes waiting for clients.. mana la kita nak tau entah2 tak semuanya pelacur.. mungkin salah seorang dari mereka adalah just another girl who is trying to get some help because she had a flat tire..
kesimpulannya di sini, sebelum kita menyalahkan orang lain kenapa they judge us wrongly, think again.. perhaps we are the one who are sending the wrong message to them..
adios!

on the first day, the big meeting took one whole day.. i did not dare enough to ask for photos to be taken during the meeting.. segan la nak kacau.. gila ke apa dengan bos2 besar segala meeting ko sibuk2 tangkap gambar kan..
so let's proceed to the next agenda; bowling yaayyy!! but i did't know to play and take photos at the same time can be very tiring.. i did't even get a single strike/spare!! demmit..
~ya, gambar yang kat tengah2 tu adalah my GM.. hebat dowh dia main.. nasib baik tak satu group dengan dia.. kalau tak, malu aku.. hahahha~
the game was scheduled to start at 8.30pm but it was delayed until 9.30pm.. teruk gila pengurusan.. dah la yang datang main bos2 kan.. malu siot.. mana taknya, orang yang lansung tak tau pasal teknikal yang jaga kaunter.. siyes aku nak band tempat ni..
the next day in the morning, we arranged a motivational talk for the bosses.. the talk was given by the former CSM VP, whom the man i admired the most in my company.. he sees the importance of strengthening CSM in order to win customer's satisfaction.. very inspiring.. rasa sangat motivated.. rasa sangat cairrrrr......
after the talk, we went to Crystal Crown hotel for the award event.. the theme was red & white..

natural disaster pun dah bangkitkan macam2 isu...
... dan tak pasal2 malaysia jadi famous! itupun famous bab yang negatif.. nampaknya sia2 je Lee Chong Wei menang All England hari tu.. huh!
i just read this post and yes, she is right.. kenapa mesti kaitkan gempa dengan teknologi? kejadian gempa sememangnya satu kejadian alam, di luar tanggapan dan kuasa manusia..
rakyat malaysia... dah terhantuk baru terngadah.
~takziah buat semua warga Jepun...

Hikayat Merong Mahawangsa - part II
yang ditunggu2 telah tiba.. akhirnya filem Hikayat Merong Mahawangsa dah pun keluar! and i already watched it yeaayy!! hehe...
for me, i like it.. ada part yang sedih ada part yang awesome, but still need improvement here and there especially the fighting shots.. i think the way stephen says his dialogue is quite funny.. sometimes he looks like he is struggling to say the words he memorised.. dia patut belajar dari dato rahim razali, penyampaian yang bersahaja.. membuatkan lakonan nampak real.. in fact "kamawas" pun bagus, lakonan bersahaja dan real.. dialog stephen serasakan macam tengah tengok teater.. hehe..
so aku bagi 8/10 for this film.. bravo to KRU!
i give you one of the trailers (boleh search kat youtube for other trailers! ^_^ )...
tak rugi korang pergi tengok.. it's a good film.. b(^_^)d

running around KL for explorace!
date: 26/2/11
venue: golden triangle, KL
i participated in 1 Malaysia KL Heritage Explorace with my friends.. i never thought it was tough so i didn't prepare before the day.. thus resulted legs cramped! demmit.. 1st time in history la.. malu i taww~~ ehehehe..
one team consisted of 2 participants.. there were 12 check points with different marks and different tasks, and we were given time from 10am until 3pm to finish the game.. the winner counted by the marks collected, not by speed, and must finished the game by 3pm.. i didn't know the correct tactic to play the game so we finished late..
lesson learned.. if there is next time, i am positive enough to win at least the consolation prize.. hahahhaha! owh, that also include the preparation before the game ^__-
all participants must be on feet to go from one check point to another.. we must finished the task to receive clues for next check points.. penat weehh.. bayangkan dari Menara KL pergi ke Muzium Telekom, ke Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad, ke Bangunan Dayabumi, ke Dataran Merdeka, ke Bangunan DBKL, ke Jalan TAR, ke Matic and back to Menara KL.. ada some check point yang aku tak ingat kat mana sebab tempat tu memang aku tak familiar langsung! nasib baik partner aku agak familiar jalan2 kat KL tu.. hang memang best la dila.. heehehe..
this is the first time Menara KL to held such game.. i heard they will do it again next year considering the warm welcome from malaysians.. so i hope they will improve and make it more interesting! ^___^

the priceless moment
date: 22/2/11
venue: kuantan, pahang
after i finished my work here, i stopped by at the river before heading back to KL.. i was in a rush to reach KL before midnight but my heart really eager to stop and take a view here.. and i'm glad i did ^__^
the truth is, i never walk around this place before.. i just ever passed through this city to go to teluk cempedak.. i remember the evening, it was cloudy and windy.. and i always feel calm instantly whenever the wind touches my face ^___^

celebrate abah's bday with great food!
date: 28/2/11
venue: subang jaya
to celebrate my dad's birthday, i thought of bringing my family to murni discovery but it was closed.. we found this restaurant; chinese muslim food paradise (dekat je dengan murni tu) and thought to give it a try.. and i was glad it was worth it!
we ordered meal for 4 to 6 persons but i think they cooked extra for us sebab banyak sangat kuantitinya! my family is big-eaters, so bayangkan la semua orang pun dah kenyang sampai tak boleh nak ratah habis semua makanan! and the food is, my goodness, delicious indeed!
