hacksaw ridge - who am i without my belief

it was a late night show when i watched this movie.. i thought i'm gonna fall asleep in the middle but guess what, i was totally wrong.. this movie has a very strong story you will not want to miss a scene.. this is a true story of a brave soldier who stays true to his belief.. he has a vision.. he wanted to be a soldier who helped, instead of killing.. and his courage and determination is very inspiring.. this is a must-see movie.. it will be my evergreen.. but i have to warn you, the war scenes are pretty horrifying.. hehe.

OMG this is one of the coolest movie i ever watched.. very inspiring..

we always thought our hard works never been appreciated enough especially by bosses or higher management.. but even so, there will always be someone else who really treasure you and appreciate your efforts.. although that someone is neither your bosses nor higher management..

so don't give up.. don't ever stop working hard..

The Expandables 2 was awesome!

i like the movie soo much because it was not just an action movie, but also full of comedy!

gelak tahap pecah perut weh.. aksi kelakar, dialog kelakar..

dapat pulak subtitle entah pape.. i don't know where the translator learnt his english sebab "Oh My English" sangat ok..

boleh tak dia translate "lighter" jadi "lebih ringan" instead of "pemetik api"?

and some more, dia translate "you got the advantage" jadi "awak mendapat pujian", which soo tak kena dengan situasi perang.. well, if you are familiar with battle field terminology maybe you'll get what i mean..

ada banyak lagi sebenarnya.. tengok la sendiri kalau nak tau yang lain2 tu.. macam mana boleh lulus ek? takde orang pantau ke?

anyway, this movie is fun to watch.. epic sangat bila Chuck Norris keluar ada bunyi background cliche yang selalu guna dalam movie dia.. and Arnold Schwarzenegger with his "I'll be back".. and how Jean-Claude Van Damme can still do the high-kick (or maybe it was the stuntman? *shrug).. tapi Jet Li keluar kejap sangat.. tak puas tengok dia berlawan.. but still, the best fight scenes should be owned by Jason Statham.. cantik ok dia lawan..

if you are not someone who would watch an action movie with brutal-gross killing scenes (which i rated ok for this movie though), go watch something else..

The Dark Knight Rises is a perfect ending for batman trilogy.. ENOUGH SAID!

bagi aku, ceritanya telah digarap dengan baik sekali.. pengakhiran yang sempurna..

aku sangat emosi tengok cerita ni.. entah berapa banyak babak yang buat aku menangis..

nasib baik tengok kat cinema.. so boleh tahan sikit pengaliran air mata.. kalau kat rumah, confirm aku akan menangis dengan lebih serius..

baru je tengok The Amazing Spiderman semalam..

mula2 memang tak paham.. i was like, "gwen who?" sepanjang tayangan.. bahahahha

so now after tanya pakcik gugel, baru tau banyak version (panggil version ke pun? ehehh) cerita spiderman ni.. sebab tu la tajuk dia pun The Amazing Spiderman.. they got another one called Ultimate Spiderman (as far as i know la)..

baru tau jugak MJ is not Peter Parker's first love.. ingatkan PP was a nerd who had only loved one girl; MJ for the rest of his life..   PP was in relationship with Betty Brant before in love with Gwen Stacy.. now i know PP was quite a popular guy because of his genius in physics and the good pictures he took..

i never read the comics.. i know all the superheros from the animation movies/series that i watched on tv.. sadly, cerita kartun spiderman bukanlah the one yang i really fell for.. so takde la hardcore sangat minat mr spidey nih..

unlike batman and x-men, they are my ultimate superheros V(^__^)V


uuurrmm well.. kalau nak tengok movie ni, i guess, you have to forget everything from Spiderman Trilogy.. and if you follow the comics, you have to accept they have changed the story line quite much, as they always do :-DD

The latest movie yang kitorang tengok adalah Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance woohoooo!!!

Poyo gila opening statement kaan.. Muahahaha...

Nak cerita pasal movie tu je sebenarnya.. Takde laitan langsung dengan KFCM tu..

Aku sangat sangat sangat sangat suka tengok movie ni.. Nak kata kesinambungan previous movie pun takde la sangat.. Kalau tak pernah tengok first sequel pun takpe.. Yang second ni totally a new story.. Lagipun dia ada jugak la brief sikit pasal macam mana dia made the deal with the seth tan (read: setan) at the first place (although a bit different than in the first sequel).. Dia just tak touch pasal roxanne je, his first love..

Yang aku suka sangat pasal movie ni sebab it was a totally different concept dari the first sequel.. Movie yang dulu lebih clean and clear, just another fiction comic-based movie.. Cerita yang straight forward.. Just sit down and watch until the end.. Finish.

Tapi this time they make it dark.. Sesuai dengan mood johnny blaze yang tengah serabut melawan conflict of power inside him.. Part aksi melawan orang jahat pun lagi best berbanding dulu.. Dan dia ada cerita asal usul demon ghost rider.. Siap aku dengan jakunnya "ooo yeke" kuat2 dalam cinema tu  -__-"

Pardon me as aku memang suka dark movies.. Macam Sherlock Holmes, Batman, Black Swan (to name a few).. I straightly fall in love with them.. Cannot resist derr.. Hehehh...

For me, this is a must watch movie.. Love it!!!

depress tengok Mr Nobody

malam tadi tidur lewat, khatamkan filem yang sangat complicated.. aku tabahkan jugak tengok sampai habis, tahan mata dari tidur walaupun mata sangat tak berpuas hati dengan keputusan aku untuk tak nak tidur.. ya, aku sangat tabah, demi Jared Leto tersayang...

Mr Nobody.. filem yang menceritakan tentang the possibilities in our lives if we chose different choices than we have chosen.. aku sangat terkesan dengan lakonan Sarah Polley sebagai Elise yang hidup dalam depression walaupun dia hidup dalam family yang perfect, sebab dia rasa dia tak layak untuk hidup dalam perfection.. ditambah pulak dengan hati dia masih lagi dengan ex-boyfriend..

later that night, i dreamt of myself being depressed.. asyik menangis asyik whining over this and that which i don't really know what they are.. and there is someone handsome yang sangat sabar dengan aku yang depressed.. thank God i woke up from it.. and thanks to my ringing phone (i think my boss accidentally called my number again T__T ).. jangan tanya siapa mamat hensem tu sebab aku tak nampak muka dia tapi dia sangat hensem dan tinggi dan penyabar..

marathon movies Pirates & Nur Kasih

seperti yang aku pernah cakap tulis, aku sekarang berada dalam bulan yang bertuah! satu hari dapat call dari TM HyppTV (sebab aku subscriber Unifi), kata aku terpilih untuk menonton movie 3D Pirates of The Carribean: On Stranger Tides!

of course la aku excited gila sebab tak pernah pun lagi tengok movie 3D! hehe.. memang best! dah la tengok cerita best.. tengok pulak dalam 3D.. memang terbaik!!

~macam ni je tiketnya.. kena ambil on the show date.. diorang ada buka kaunter kat pintu masuk~

movie kali ni memang terasa a bit weird sebab takde will & elizabeth, dan fokus more on jack in a love situation.. but jack will always be jack even he is in love with a beautiful woman.. his love for sailing surpasses everything.. hehehh..

and i love watching the love between the priest and the mermaid!! but they did not show their ending so i guess penonton kena teka sendiri la kot apa endingnya.. hmmm...

before that i watched nur kasih.. sangat best ok cerita nih.. aku nangis macam tahap nak meraung tapi sebab sedar diri kat dalam wayang so terpaksa tahan.. sampai sakit dada aku.. hahahaha.. ok now i can admit remy ishak berlakon memang best! heheh.. bangga ada abang macam dia :P

kalau ada sesiapa yang nak tengok filem nur kasih tapi tak pernah follow drama sirinya, takpe jangan risau.. at least tau jalan cerita drama siri tu pun dah cukup.. sebab filem ni kiranya sambungan drama siri tu..

walaupun rasanya macam agak cliche jalan ceritanya, tapi aku suka macam mana dia olah cerita tu agar menjadi menarik.. supaya penonton tertanya2 siapa empunya suara narrator? kenapa ada narrator? siapa perempuan berjubah hitam?

haaa suspense tak? kalau nak tau pergi la tengok k.. memang best! tapi part visual effect tu jangan la expect tinggi sangat k.. takut nanti kecewa.. hehe ;P

Hikayat Merong Mahawangsa - part II

yang ditunggu2 telah tiba.. akhirnya filem Hikayat Merong Mahawangsa dah pun keluar! and i already watched it yeaayy!! hehe...

for me, i like it.. ada part yang sedih ada part yang awesome, but still need improvement here and there especially the fighting shots.. i think the way stephen says his dialogue is quite funny.. sometimes he looks like he is struggling to say the words he memorised.. dia patut belajar dari dato rahim razali, penyampaian yang bersahaja.. membuatkan lakonan nampak real.. in fact "kamawas" pun bagus, lakonan bersahaja dan real.. dialog stephen serasakan macam tengah tengok teater.. hehe..

anyway, overall adalah best.. part yang betul2 touching adalah waktu panglima china menghadiahkan "hadiah perkahwinannya" kepada tuan puteri.. dan aku rasa aku dah faham sekarang kenapa negara ini negara berdaulat.. sebab raja sanggup mati melawan musuh demi maruah bangsa dan negara..

so aku bagi 8/10 for this film.. bravo to KRU!

Season of the Witch

just got back from the cinema.. i watched Season of the Witch, which is wickedly beyond my expectation.. when i read the synopsis or watched the trailers, it is nothing compare to watching the whole movie! unbelievable..





i LOVE this movie.. i think this is Cage's second best movie after Face/Off.. and then again, this is just my opinion ;P

above of all, this a must-see movie.. don't hesitate to watch it.. you won't regret i swear! *tumbsup*

Rapunzel: A Tangled Tale | The Chronicles Of Narnia - Voyage Of The Dawn Treader

mungkin dah agak basi tetapi tetap nak tulis juga sebab cerita ni best sangat2! i really did have a great laugh watching this movie.. another applause for Disney team! sesiapa yang belum tengok please please please go watch it now before they stop showing at the cinema!!



and of course the unforgettable cast from the movie; Maximus the soldier horse! magnificent side kick! soo hilarious!!! <3<3<3

the second movie i watched recently was The Chronicles Of Narnia - Voyage Of The Dawn Treader



for me, this time the story is very deep in meaning.. the writer tried to relate the story to real life.. it is very different from the first and second movies, which are more about wars and world peace *wink2* .. this third movie, the main characters struggle to win their own war.. the biggest war of all.. the war with the lust.. even the greatest warriors might fail in that kind of war.....

and it is sad knowing there will be no more 4 kings and queens of narnia in future (if they really want to make the forth movie).. they will not return to narnia, since they are all grown-ups now.. i guess narnia is for kids with big hearts eh?

so how about me? the adult who follow loyally to the movie??? T_________T

i watched this movie last week.. really hilarious!!! dari start sampai ending aku asyik gelak je ok!!! the script is very very funny.. i can never imagine how they shot the movie without laughing.. i bet they have to cut like, hundreds times? hehhee..

wathced the sorcerer's apprentice last thursday.. memang best cerita ni.. thumbs up to nicholas cage sebab kelakar dalam serius.. nothing much to say but this is the trailer..



yang membuatkan cerita ni lagi best sebab soundtrack filem ni adalah my favourite song by my favourite band!!! secret from one republic..





setelah bersusah payah, akhirnya semalam dapat juga tengok cerita Inception.. memang terbaik la cerita ni.. macam mana manusia boleh masuk dalam mimpi orang lain to steal the idea and also to implant one.. dan part yang paling suka sekali is how they arrange to have their "kick" so that they can wake up from the dream simultaneously.. yup, everyone must wake up at the same time.. no one left behind.. menarik kan? *angkatkening*

Billu Barber

i just watched this movie at VOD through Unifi.. unexpectedly it was a great movie and i love it soo much!!

i think i fell in love with the movie because it really shows Indian's lifestyle.. the lifestyle of the small village people.. how they praise the movie stars like God.. for them it would be something to be proud of to have, even the slightest relation with the movie stars.. you can get the brief review here and their official website..

i actually cried at the part when shah rukh khan told the audience the story of his childhood with billu.. the story really remind us to treasure our friendships, because we rarely find a person who is not blood-related to us, but willing to sacrifice so many things just because they believe in us, more than we believe in ourselves.. and of course gladly, the superstar is very humble and down to earth and he remembers who is actually behind his success..

it reminds me of a famous quote, "don't forget the people you meet on the way up, because you will meet them again on the way down".. or something like that.. hehe..

yup, true friendships will never die..

and sometimes, some people can just simply be the turning point in our lives.. :-)

Prince of Persia, Maid-sama & Criminal Minds

knape bile cuti rs cam ms berjln sgt cepat.. sgt sgt cpt.. extremely fast.. hayaii deshou.. hmm...

if only i can turn back tym, return to the starting of the holiday.. besnyeee~~

well.. maybe it was becoz i spent tym on entertaiment only.. that's why i guess tym seems running faster than it usually does..

let me see.. on friday, after attended kak mala's solemnisation ceremony, i went to watch Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time..



i was a great movie!!! i luv it sooooooooo much!!! another work of jerry brukheimer.. it was soo great i feel like wanna watch it everyday.. jake gylenhall also great in the movie.. i think it was his first tym acting in such an epic full of action movie.. and he was absolutely great.. and handsome <3<3<3

on saturday and sunday, since i canceled my plan to go back to ipoh, i spent my day watching anime: Maid-sama..



and finished the whole season 1 of Criminal Minds, which i bought by deducting points through VOD of Unifi..

i can never get enuff of the show.. it's my fave tv series ever since it first hits the tv.. i was so drown into it.. it reveals how the psychos end up killing ppl and become very dangerous.. to get into their mind, to understand the way they think, so that the BAU team can predict the criminals' next move and eventually capture them.. i must say this series is even greater than those CSI trios.. hehe..
